Grace Stopher (she/her) is a writer, artist, designer, gardener, and Sib.
The complexity of human experience is a through-line of her work and creative practice. She explores what it means to grow up alongside siblings impacted by I/DD, Autism, foster care, and adoption — through art, community storytelling, and an upcoming collaborative anthology of Sibling stories navigating loss and grief (expected November 2026).
Grace writes personal narratives through the lens of urban gardening on Substack at gracieinthegarden.substack.com. She is pursuing a Permaculture Design certification through Oregon State University, learning to bring a regenerative lens to her life, her community, and her art practice.
She is the Marketing and Communications Manager at The Pathfinder Network in Portland, OR, and a 2025 graduate of The Hearth’s Certificate in Community Storytelling. She holds a BA Studio Art from the University of Montana with a focus on Art History and Criticism.
