Improving UX/UI for an eLearning company's media-rich, responsive website
THE CHALLENGE
The era of COVID-19 spurred an uptick in online and hybrid learning. For Trifoia, this meant it was time to create a new website that would capture the pain points of their growing commercial audience. They hired me to design a media-rich website that would increase in- and outbound lead generation success, and raise brand awareness for Trifoia's production team's eLearning and award-winning video/animation capabilities.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
I started by creating a site structure and user flows for our target personas: human resources and learning & development executives at small to medium-sized businesses (50-500 employees). Other audiences include non-profits administrators, government agencies, and researchers at universities and private research institutes.

Using Trifoia's established style guide, I then redesigned the UI of Trifoia.com by incorporating new text, a variety of media elements, and landing pages in high-fidelity wireframes. As a cross-collaborative team we iterated on the wireframes until they were approved and shipped to the development stage. Following development, I reviewed the live site for QA and accessibility.
