TRIFOIA:  IMPROVING THE UI/UX FOR AN E-LEARNING COMPANY
Amid the surge in online and hybrid learning due to COVID-19, Trifoia aimed to revamp their website to cater to a growing commercial audience. They tasked me with designing a media-rich platform to boost inbound lead generation and bolster brand awareness for their eLearning and video/animation services. 
First, I crafted user journeys to help inform an intuitive, tailored site structure. I created wireframes of the primary landing pages and incorporated multimedia elements within the content. Leveraging Trifoia’s style guide, I collaboratively refined high-fidelity wireframes and a design system. During development, I conducted thorough QA testing for accessibility and design integrity. Trifoia oversaw project management and development. The revamped Trifoia.com effectively showcases the organization’s expertise, leading to increased lead generation success and heightened brand awareness. The improved accessibility ensures inclusivity, expanding Trifoia’s impact.
